General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rules applicable to purchases, downloads, payments and customer rights when using the website.
- Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
By placing an order, the customer accepts the General Conditions of Sale as well as the website’s Terms and Conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between the customer and atreasurehuntforkids.com, in particular when purchasing a treasure hunt.
- Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for organising, leading and supervising the treasure hunt. You agree that atreasurehuntforkids.com cannot be held liable for any incident or accident occurring during file download, preparation of the treasure hunt or while the game is taking place. You also confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the General Conditions of Sale.
- Applicable prices
All prices are displayed in euros. VAT is not applicable, in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts).
- Orders
Orders can only be placed via the website atreasurehuntforkids.com. Any order implies full acceptance by the customer of the prices and product descriptions available for sale.
- Delivery and download conditions
All products are delivered exclusively in digital format. Files are made available in the customer’s account, accessible via the website. Once payment has been approved, the customer has 30 days to download the treasure hunt kit, with a maximum of 20 download attempts.
- Payment
Payment can be made, at the customer’s choice:- via PayPal
- by bank transfer
- by credit card
- Right of withdrawal
For digital services, the customer has a period of 7 days from acceptance of the offer to exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty. This right can no longer be exercised once the download of the files has begun, as downloading implies acceptance.
- Copyright protection
- Any full or partial reproduction of the files is prohibited.
- Modification of the files is not permitted.
- Sale or resale of the files is strictly prohibited.
- Free distribution of the files is not allowed.
- You are authorised to make a backup copy on your hard drive or any other digital medium.
- All our treasure hunts are registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
- Protection of personal data
The personal data collected is used exclusively by atreasurehuntforkids.com and is required for order processing, order management and customer relations. It may also be used to provide personalised services and improve the relevance of information offered. In accordance with French law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, you have the right to access, modify, correct and delete your personal data.
